The show Two & A Half Men is a great and very popular TV show. It is now available in DVD format as Two & A Half Men DVD and is a favorite among youngsters. This is because of the depiction of the different phases and lives of two bachelors throughout the show.

In a nutshell, the two men in Two & A Half Men DVD are two brothers, Charlie (Charlie Sheen) and Alan (Jon Cryer). Charlie is the free going, womanizer who is well to do. He owns a house at the beach and a Jaguar car. He has always lived a casual and free life, until his brother Alan moved into his house and life.

Unlike Charlie, Alan does not have a carefree attitude and is completely the opposite of Charlie in Two & A Half Men DVD. He is not only tightly wound; he is also compulsive and neurotic. And life is difficult to him with his facing a divorce, and having to look after a growing ten year old son Jake (Angus T. Jones). So in the hope of finding some help, Alan and Jake decide to live with Charlie.

As a brother, Charlie lets the two of them live in his home, and soon repents it. The stream of beautiful girls that used to visit his house in Two & A Half Men reduces to a trickle, and then turns into a dry lake. All of Charlie’s bachelor days cool down as they interfere with whatever Alan attempts to teach his son.

And you have to know that the two brothers in Two & A Half Men DVD don’t actually like each other’s company. In fact, most of the time, they end up driving each other up the wall. There are many  incidents in Two & A Half Men that Alan cannot tolerate, and which leads to a flaring of Alan’s neurosis.

While these two learn to confront all the challenges of living together and bringing up a young kid, things get complicated with the presence of their self-obsessed and dominant mother, Evelyn(Holland Taylor).

Then there’s Alan’s hysterical ex-wife Judith (Marin Hinkle) who comes along to join the party and complicate matters in Two & A Half Men. And the icing of the cake (or confusion) is Charlie’s neighbor Rose(Melanie Lynskey), who has fallen head over heals in love with Charlie and will do anything to be a part of his life, and be around him for as long as possible.

Over the passage of time, while going through the ups and downs of living together, the two brothers and Jake learn to harbor a sense of family among themselves.  The actors and characters of Two & A Half Men act out hilarious situations with the help of the wonderful script the writers had penned for the show.

You will really love watching Two & A Half Men DVD as all the three of them have acted magnificently. And to support them, the supporting cast too has put up marvelous performances.
