In 2007, Peter Warren Ford was the second largest Ford retailer in Australasia and was awarded the AAA rating for Customer Satisfaction.

The fleet team of Peter Warren Ford is proud of its over 70 years of experience in the motor vehicle industry. Peter Warren Ford is a successful company that is devoted into increasing their stature and influence by crossing various timelines while spreading the word about innovation in fusing technology and design into a metal sheet. Aside from their multitude of newly crafted Ford vehicles, Peter Warren Ford also specialized in quality used Ford cars from a large range of manufacturers, giving their clients the chance to maximize their options in choosing the best vehicle.

Peter Warren realized his passion for cars when he was fifteen-year-old. Back then, he was only a young boy—working as an office runner by day and parking cars by night—who used inspiration to help fuel his future juncture and achieve his dreams. Truth be told, no one knew that after twenty-five years, Mr. Warren was on his way to surrounding himself with things, ideas and people that will make his universe bigger. No one knew that he was building himself a multi-million-dollar empire that will make him one of the kings of Australia car sales trade.

Often pegged as the person who was always willing to share his knowledge and skills with others to help those in his industry, Mr. Warren, in his lifetime, was regarded as a decent and creative businessman with a giving heart. Mr. Warren had been supporting various charity groups like the Royal Blind Society, the Prostate Cancer Foundation, the Royal Children's Hospital and the Children's Hospital at Westmead. He was one those few people who were seen to be the backbone of the motor vehicle industry.

Way back in 1958, Frederick Sutton, founder of Suttons Motors, serves as Mr. Warren’s catalyst for success. Mr. Sutton lent Mr. Warren $2000 so he could start his own used car dealership in Liverpool.

Peter Warren Ford was one of the first privately owned Ford dealerships in Australia when it began in 1966. Since then, the company had been garnering awards for its outstanding services to the motor industry and to the people of Australia.

Over the past decades, Peter Warren Ford has made certain that its staff or employees are experts in the motor industry. Its dedicated staff average in excess of 15-years employment are testament to a culture of customer care resulting in 60% of Peter Warren Ford’s clients coming back or new clients being referred by their existing clients.

There were a few times in the hologram of my past when I have purchased quite a few number of Ford cars from Peter Warren Ford. I have heard very good feedbacks about Peter Warren Ford that I decided to check what kind of Ford vehicle the company can offer me. My first ever Ford vehicle came from them and it was the F-150.

As someone who has been vigilant since time immemorial, there are three things I usually do before I go ahead and deal business with a certain company. First, I do my homework and research about their reputation. Doing your own investigation and finding out if a company is credible or not is crucial to any investment a person will make. Next, I do my own evaluation of their company by seeing to it that they offer none but quality products. I evaluate a company’s standards by utilizing the internet and going to their company website. Surely, every huge company must have a website. Lastly, after I have gathered enough information about them, It is now time to test the water and see if its products and services are right for me.

Fortunately, after I have spoken to a Peter Warren Ford’s customer representative who was so service oriented, I got convinced to visit and see the F-150 which was new at that time. I have to say that I was impressed with their management and the gentleman who left me alone to have a look at their Ford Vehicles until I was ready enough to ask him some questions.

Pertaining to other companies, I do not like it when a sales person follow me around when looking at their products. It makes me feel that they are suspecting me of stealing whatever it is they are selling. It makes me feel that they do not respect me to decide and see things on my own.

Michael, the gentleman who assisted me, oriented me about the bold design, power train and chassis, features, models and options, and the safety and security of the F-150. It seemed that for every question I had, he had a good answer to satisfy me. I love how Peter Warren Ford trains its employees in a way that its customers or clients will feel satisfied and respected. Since they were able to show me what customer service and product quality is all about, I ended up rewarding myself a good investment.

I knew I got myself a good investment because even when my car was being serviced, I could see that after the technician had completed the work in my car, a quality controller came along to inspect if everything was done right. Clearly, when it comes to Ford repairs and other services, quality assurance is important to them as it is to their valued customers.
