Townhomes are increasing in popularity these days. In general, people want to have a larger home, but they don't want to worry about maintaining the yard and landscaping of a large yard. The townhouse is perfect for that. Most of the time, these houses are connected with several others. This means that you will share a wall (or be very close) on each side of your home. Often times these homes will all look the same as well. All that said, they are on smaller lots, which means much less maintenance, if any at all, and the homes tend to be very large. You won't have anyone above or below you so they normally are multiple stories and have a basement as well. These reasons all contribute to their popularity and Nanaimo townhouses are no exception.

So you are looking for a larger house, but you don't want to worry about maintenance, or you simply aren't home enough to have time to worry about it, you should consider Nanaimo townhouses. You can even search the listings of available Nanaimo townhouses and find the style, color and size that you like. This will give you less communities to visit when you go into town and also less units to inspect. While there are some limitations and restrictions on family size and pets, depending on the community you go to, you can be assured that you will be able to find a Nanaimo townhouse that will fit the needs of your family for a price that will suit you as well.
